Ajith Kumar’s Thunivu overseas rights go to Lyca Productions!

Ajith Kumar’s most-awaited movie Thunivu which is releasing in Pongal is creating a lot of buzz in the industry. The movie is clashing with Thalapathy Vijay’s upcoming movie Varisu. However, as Red Giant Movies is presenting this project, Thunivu is having an edge over Varisu with more screen counts in Tamil Nadu.

Furthermore, now the latest reports say, the overseas rights of Thunivu have gone to Lyca Productions. With such backing, Thunivu’s makers are leaving no stone unturned before the release of the movie.

Also to maintain the hype of the movie, the makers have announced that they will release the first single of the movie Chilla Chilla soon. The song is written by Vaisagh, composed by Ghibran, and sung by Anirudh.

Coming back to the movie, Thunivu is financed by Boney Kapoor and directed by H Vinoth. The movie’s story has been inspired by a true bank robbery that took place in Punjab in 1987. The movie has Manju Warrier as the female lead and John Kokken is playing the villain in it.
