A fresh face to star opposite Kartik Aaryan in Aashiqui 3!
Kartik Aaryan who is currently involved in many projects announced Aashiqui 3 with director Anurag Basu in September this year. This movie marks his first collaboration with Anurag Basu and it will be the 3rd installment in the Aashiqui franchise.

According to the latest update, the producer of the movie Mukesh Bhatt is planning to launch a new actress opposite Kartik Aaryan in this movie. The casting process for the new face has already started and Mukesh is planning to start the shooting of the movie next year. Confirming this development, Mukesh Bhatt has said that they are looking for a new face and he is doing an extensive search for the proper casting.

Talking about the movie, Kartik Aaryan expressed his excitement earlier by saying, “The timeless classic ‘Aashiqui’ is something I grew up watching and working on ‘Aashiqui 3’ is like a dream come true. I feel privileged yet grateful collaborating with Bhushan Kumar and Mukesh Bhatt for this opportunity. I’ve been a big fan of Anurag Basu’s work and collaborating with him on this one will definitely shape me in many ways.”
