Ajay Devgn Maidaan gets the release date

Ajay Devgn and the team of Maidaan have finally announced the film’s release date officially, after being postponed from June 2022. Maidaan will hit the theaters worldwide on February 17, 2023.

“Experience the true story of an unknown hero, Syed Abdul Rahim who brought glory to India. #Maidaan releasing on 17th February, 2023,” Devgn tweeted.

Maidaan is the biopic of Syed Abdul Rahim, Indian football coach, former player and manager of the Indian national team who brought glory to India. Amit Ravindernath Sharma of the ‘Badhai Ho’ fame is directing the flick

Maidaan also casts Priyamani and Gajraj Rao in significant roles. Produced by Boney Kapoor, Maidaan has screenplay and dialogues by Saiwyn Quadras and Ritesh Shah respectively.

Ajay Devgn on the other hand is shooting for Thank God, Drishyam 2 and Bholaa simultaneously.
