Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, and Paresh Rawal’s Hera Pheri 3 to be named Hera Pheri 4!

Yesterday Akshay Kumar, Suneil Shetty, and Paresh Rawal started the shooting for the third installment of Hera Pheri. Later it was also reported that Farhad Samji has been roped in to direct this venture. Now according to the latest reports, the title of the venture will be ‘Hera Pheri 4’ instead of Hera Pheri 3.

Confirming the same a source said, “Although it’s Hera Pheri’s third part, it won’t be called Hera Pheri 3. Instead, the makers have decided to name the film Hera Pheri 4. The makers feel it justifies the story and viewers will understand the reason behind it once they see the film.”

The source also revealed that the venture is yet to go on the floors by saying, “Hera Pheri 4 hasn’t gone on the floors yet. Yesterday, Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, and Paresh Rawal shot for a promo, announcing that the third part of the blockbuster comedy franchise is officially on and that it’s going on floors soon. The filming will begin later on, in a month or two.”

Coming back to the franchise, the first part of Hera Pheri was directed by Priyadarshan and was released in 2000. The sequel, Phir Hera Pheri to this part was released in 2006 and was directed by Neeraj Vora. Finally, after a long wait, Hera Pheri 3 is going to floors with Farhad Samji as the director.
