Arun Vijay to be a part of AK62?

Ajith Kumar’s AK62 has been in the news ever since it was reported that Vignesh Shivan will not be the one directing the venture. Later it was reported that the director Magizh Thirumeni will be the one to helm this venture and Vignesh’s movie has been put on the back burner.

Now, as per the latest reports actors Arun Vijay and Arulnithi have been approached by the makers to play key roles in the movie. Though no official confirmation regarding the same has been made so far, it wouldn’t be wrong to assume that the makers will rope in several actors to make further hype up Ajith’s upcoming venture.

Backed by Lyca Productions, AK 62 will mark the first collaboration between Magizh and Ajith. If reports are to be believed the music of the venture will be given by Anirudh Ravichander while its cinematography will be done by Nirav Shah.

Meanwhile, Ajith was last seen in the movie Thunivu. The movie did great at the box office despite clashing with Thalapathy Vijay starrer Varisu and it is currently streaming on Netflix.
