‘The immortal classic “Aval Appidithan” will be recreated back’ says Badri Venkatesh. Film rights acquired!

It was previously reported that director Badri Venkatesh is planning to make a remake of the 1978 movie Aval Appidithan. The director has taken it upon himself to recreate the iconic movie featuring Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan, with new faces and it was reported that he has picked Sruti Haasan for an important role.

As previously, reported Badri was trying to identify who has the rights to the original movie, and the director has now announced that the legal proceedings to acquire the rights have now been completed.
