Chiranjeevi’s Mega 154 title announced; Meet Waltair Veerayya!

Chiranjeevi who was last seen in the movie Godfather is currently working on his 154^th movie which was tentatively referred to as Mega154. The title of the movie has been officially announced today on the occasion of Diwali. The movie is now titled Waltair Veerayya and the makers have also released a teaser of the venture to serve as an introduction to the Megastar character.

The teaser starts with a goon investigating the whereabouts of “annayya”(elder brother). The scene is followed by a huge explosion after which we see the flashback leading to the blast and the man responsible for it, Chiranjeevi. The actor is seen with a beedi in his mouth which can also be the poster. The actor is also wearing a police cap in the poster which has led to many theories about his character in the movie.

Mega154 is now Waltair Veerayya.

Talking more about the movie, Waltair Veerayya is directed by Bobby Kolli and financed by Mythri Movie Makers. The movie features Shruti Haasan and Catherine Tresa as the female leads. Waltair Veerayya also features Mass Maharaja in a key role but sadly we can’t see him in the teaser. Nonetheless, his voice can be heard at the end of the teaser wishing his fans a happy Diwali.

This movie is set to release on Sankranthi 2023.
