Cirkus Day 4 Box Office: Rohit Shetty’s directorial Flatout crashes on Monday

Rohit Shetty’s directorial movie Cirkus was released on December 23 and due to the clash with James Cameron’s Avatar: The Way Of Water, the movie had a rocky start at the box office. The movie opened with Rs 6.25 crore on Friday which pales in comparison with Ranveer Singh and Rohit Shetty’s collaboration movie Simmba.

Cirkus minted Rs 6.25 crore on Saturday and Rs 8 crore on Sunday which bring the total to 20.75 crore nett in the first weekend. For those who don’t know, the weekend collection of Cirkus is similar to the first-day collection of Simmba( Rs 20.70 crore). Cirkus struggled over the weekends and flat-out crashed on Monday at the box office.

The movie only got Rs 2.5 crore on Monday and got the 4-day total collection to Rs 23 crore nett. Considering it is a Rohit Shetty movie with big stars like Jacqueline Fernandez, Pooja Hegde, and Ranveer Singh, these numbers have come as a shock for everyone.
