Fans, enraged after producer calls Vijay a bigger star than Ajith in Tamil Nadu!

Thalapathy Vijay’s Varisu and Ajith Kumar’s Thunivu are clashing on Pongal 2023 and their fans are already getting excited to see who will come out on the top at the box office. Also, as recently Vijay beat Ajith Kumar and become the most popular Tamil male star in the latest survey conducted by the media consulting firm Ormax Media, fans are even more pumped for the clash.

However, after the maker of Vairsu, Dil Raju said that Vijay is a bigger star than Ajith in Tamil Nadu and deserves more screen count, Ajith’s fans got enraged on social media. Dil Raju said, “In Tamil Nadu, Ajith sir’s film is releasing alongside my film. It is a known fact that Vijay sir is the number 1 star in Tamil Nadu. The state has a total of 800 screens. Right now, both the films are getting equal number of screens. I’m literally begging for at least 50 additional screens for my film because Vijay sir is a bigger star than Ajith.”

“Red Giant Movies, Udhayanidhi Stalin sir, releasing (Thunivu) and I will soon go to Chennai to request him to provide me with more screens. Let’s see, Vijay is bigger than Ajith. As a producer, I’m requesting more screens for a Vijay film. Nobody in any other state will find it wrong, but only here I get singled out,” Raju added.

Many are slamming the producer’s comment as an instigation to start a fight between Vijay and Ajith’s fans. Ajith’s fans are also explaining why Ajith is a bigger star compared to Vijay in Tamil Nadu.
