Giancarlo Esposito onboards the cast of Coppola’s Megalopolis!
Giancarlo Esposito who is known for playing the role of Gustavo “Gus” and Stan Edgar in series like Breaking Bad and The Boys has been roped into auteur Francis Ford Coppola’s upcoming feature Megalopolis. The actor will be joining Adam Driver, Forest Whitaker, Nathalie Emmanuel, Jon Voight, Laurence Fishburne, Aubrey Plaza, and Shia LaBeouf for this movie.
The movie is written and directed by Coppola and it marks the comeback of the director after the horror film Twixt in 2011. The movie is currently being shot in Atlanta and New York.
Meanwhile, Giancarlo Esposito is currently working on Netflix’s heist drama series Kaleidoscope. He also plays the role of Adam Clauton Powell Jr in the third season of the MGM+ series Godfather of Harlem. Aside from that, he will be returning as Gideon in the third season of The Mandalorian. A few days ago it was also reported that Esposito might make a comeback as Stan Edgar in the fourth season of The Boys.
