Janhvi Kapoor to star in Junglee Pictures’ next big spy thriller!

Janhvi Kapoor who was last seen in the movie Mili has been roped in to play the lead in a big-scale spy thriller movie backed by Junglee Pictures. The project is titled Ulajh and it was announced back in 2021. Malayalam actor Roshan Mathew is playing the male lead in this venture and Janhvi has been signed to play opposite him in this movie.

According to reports, the movie will have three main characters and Janhvi and Roshan will be taking two of these spots. Aside from them, the movie will have a senior male lead character which the makers have yet to finalize.

Talking more about the project, Ulajh will be helmed by National Award-winning filmmaker Sudhanshu Saira and it is written by Praveez Shaikh. This is a female-centric movie and it will be Junglee Pictures’ second female-led spy venture after Raazi.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Janhvi Kapoor is currently involved in projects like  Mr and Mrs Mahi, and Bawaal.
