Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam to reunite after 35 years! Deets here,

Kamal Haasan who recently gave a big hit Vikram and is now working on another mega-project Indian 2, will be reuniting with PS1 maker Mani Ratnam for a tentatively titled movie, KH234. Producer Udhayanidhi Stalin announced this movie, yesterday via his Twitter handle with a small clip.

The two icons are collaborating for the second time after the cult 1987 movie Nayakan. The music of this untitled movie will be composed by Oscar-winner AR Rahman. This movie will be produced by Kamal Haasan, Mani Ratnam, R. Mahendran, and Siva Ananth and further details regarding it will be announced later.

Talking about the movie, Kamal Haasan said, “I was equally excited 35 years before when I was about to start work with Mr. Mani Ratnam. Collaborating with a similar mindset is stimulating. This stimulation includes Mr. Rahman as well. Eagerly looking forward to present this venture with Mr. Udhayanidhi Stalin.”
