Kangana Ranaut and Mohanlal in talks for Vivek Agnihotri and Priyadarshan’s One Nation mini-series
A week back, producer Vishnu Varshan Induri announced his next project One Nation and claimed that he is be bringing six filmmakers for the said mini-series. He roped in Priyadarshan, Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan, John Mathew Mathan, Manju Borah, Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi, and Vivek Agnihotri for the six-episode mini-series and now it has been reported that Mohanlal and Kangana Ranaut have been approached for the same.
As Priyadarshan and Mohanlal have worked together on over 25 movies the Dirshyam actor was obviously the filmmaker’s first choice. He has given a narration to Mohanlal, who is impressed by the story. But the two have yet to finalize the details,” a source revealed. Meanwhile, Kangana and Vivek Agnihotri have been in conversation about a collaboration for a long time and the filmmakers have approached her to be a part of this mini-series.
Talking more about the series a source said, “It will study events of the past 100 years, from 1925 to the present day, unearthing stories of little-known local heroes who made huge contributions to the country.” According to the reports, the makers plan to start the shoot of this mini-series by the second or third quarter of 2023. This series will release in the Hindi language digitally and will be dubbed in multiple languages.
