Kantara: Here’s why Rishab Shetty is on cloud nine,

The writer, director, and actor of Kantara, Rishab Shetty is on cloud nine as his movie is breaking new records at the box office. The actor was recently praised by Rajinikanth for his work and now to take things up a notch, the director met with the Thalaivar actor at his residence in Chennai to show his appreciation.

Rishab took to his Twitter handle to share a few pictures of their meeting with a heartfelt note reading, “ If you praise us once, we will praise you a hundred times. Thank you @rajinikanth Sir, we are always grateful for your appreciation for our film Kantara.” In the pictures, Rishab is seen in a yellow sweatshirt and jeans while Rajinikanth is seen in a black kurta and lungi.

Coming back to the movie, Kantara is a blockbuster movie financed by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner of Hombale Films. The movie was set in the backdrop of the Keraadi region of Coastal Karnataka and it featured Sapthami Gowda, Kishore, Achyuth Kumar, Pramod Shetty, and others in pivotal roles.
