Pros are here :-

Kotabommali PS is said to be an adaption of Malayalam film Nayattu but the filmmaker tuned it very well in Telugu by roping in stellar cast and the locations where it has been shot. Srikanth is as usual given his awesome performance as a senior constable and took the entire film on his shoulders. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar is as well as perfect as an investigative office who falls of the a police station officers. Murali Sharma is good while Vijay and Shivani Rajasekhar have given their clean performance so the rest of the cast. Major highlight of this film is its happenings scenes to its climax. Everything is perfectly crafted and production values are good.

Cons are here :-

Kotabommali PS makers seems to be in political pressure as many aspects to be carefully dealt as it depends on law and order system along with engagement to the present scenario in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Makers sticked to the original version by which they lacked the dynamism of Telugu nativity and that could be designed very well. First half could be much constructive with with narration and father and daughter bond showcased in lighter way which is a major draw back. Rest of it is good to watch.

Final Word :-

Teja Marni who is debuting as director in Tollywood has taken a safe side by remaking a well-worked script in Malayalam and stick to that script by which the film came out very well. Telugu audience are awaiting for such intense political drama film since long time. The main lead cast gave their immense performances to the roles which intensified the ongoing scenes and music by Rajini Raj has maintained that buildup in the sequences. Audience can watch Kotabommali PS to have a peak into political journey…

Rating :- 3.25/5
