Makers confirm Trisha to be a part of Thalapathy 67

Today February 1, the makers of Thalapathy 67 announced that Trisha has joined the cast of the Thalapathy Vijay starrer. The speculation of the actress being part of Thalapathy 67 has been going on for a while now and today finally the makers have officially confirmed her presence in the movie by sharing a poster of the actress.

The announcement poster also featured a statement from Trisha saying, “Grateful to be a part of this iconic project featuring some of my favourite people and an immensely talented team. Exciting times ahead.”

Trisha joins Thalapathy 67 cast

It is expected that Trisha is expected to play the female lead in this venture opposite Vijay. Also, a few days ago it was reported that Trisha was spotted in Kashmir for the upcoming schedule of Thalapathy 67.

Backed by Seven Screen Studios, Thalapathy 67 is helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and it will feature a star-studded cast including Thalapathy Vijay, Trisha, Arjun, Sanjay Dutt, Priya Anand, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, and Sandy. This movie marks the reunion of Vijay and Trisha after 14 years and the Tamil debut of Sanjay Dutt and Mathew Thomas.
