Mammootty reveals the title of Megastar 421!

Mammootty, who is a big name in Malayalam cinema is currently working on cinematographer Roby Varghese Raj’s directorial debut movie. The movie is being referred to as Megastar 421 and now the actor has revealed the title and release date of the trailer of this much-awaited venture.

In a recent interview, the actor revealed that this venture is titled ‘Kannur Squad’ and he also announced that the makers are planning to unveil the first look poster of the venture in a couple of weeks. Talking more about the project the actor mentioned that this venture is quite unique and has a big budget.

Coming back to the project, Kannur Squad is touted to be an investigation thriller that revolves around a murder case. Mammootty will be playing the role of a senior police officer in the venture. Aside from Mammootty the movie also features Sunny Wayne, Sharafudheen, Gayathri Arun, Azeez, and others in supporting roles. Mammootty himself is financing this project under his home banner Mammootty Kampany and it went to floors on December 27, 2022.
