Now, the latest reports have revealed that Mani Ratnam and Rajinikanth might finally collab again after ages. According to the sources, the filmmaker has narrated a story to the actor recently and the venture is set to kickstart in late 2023. As we have seen Mani Ratnam’s vision in PS1, we can be sure, that the story he has narrated to Rajinikanth won’t be an ordinary one.

The sources also revealed that Lyca Productions is hoping to finance the project and more updates regarding the venture will be announced after the release of ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’ in April next year.
