Mumbai Police arrests Veteran actress Veena Kapoor’s son for her murder

Veteran actress Veena Kapoor who was 74 years old has been allegedly killed by her son. According to the reports, the actress was killed over a property dispute. He killed his mother with a baseball bat and dumped her body in a river near Matheran in the Raigad district.

It has been reported that the murder took place in the Juhu area of Mumbai. According to the police investigation, he wanted to get a 12 crore plot from his mother. However, during an argument, he killed Veena in a fit of rage. He has been arrested by the Mumbai police under sections 302, 201, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

During the interrogation, he revealed to the cops that he killed his mother in a fit of rage after hitting a baseball bat multiple times on her head. He told them that there was a property dispute was going on among them due to which he committed the crime and dumped her body into a river near Matheran in Raigad district.”
