On the occasion of Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday, the makers released the teaser of Pathaan as promised yesterday. SRK shared the teaser via his social media handle with a caption saying, “Apni kursi ki peti baandh lijiye…#PathaanTeaser OUT NOW! The teaser starts by showing Shah Rukh Khan’s character Pathaan getting tortured by his enemies on a mission. With no contact for 3 years, the actor was listed as MIA however, he returns grandly to let everyone know he is alive. The teaser is filled with action and chases shown by SRK and John Abraham while Deepika Padukone spice things up with her hotness. The teaser finally ends with Shah Rukh Khan saying, “Apni kursi ki peti bandh lo, mausam bigadhne wala hai.”

Coming back to the movie, Pathaan is touted as a spy thriller and is directed by Siddhartha Anand. The movie is financed by Aditya Chopra and it is set to release on January 25, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu under Yash Raj Films banner. The movie has Deepika Padukone as the leading lady while John Abraham is playing the lead antagonist.
