Radhika Madan back to Akshay’s Soorarai Pottru remake sets

Akshay Kumar has signed up for the Hindi remake of Tamil film Soorarai Pottru, and the movie casts Radhika Madhan as the leading lady. The actress has resumed the shoot filming for some key scenes.

After wrapping up her portion in this schedule, Radhika will head to Chhattisgarh by the end of October for the next schedule shoot of the movie. Radhika Madan has been juggling between a couple of her other films including Kuttey along with Arjun Kapoor and Tabu slated for a November 4th release. She also has Kacchey Limbu scheduled for release, while it was also screened at international film festivals. Radhika also has Happy Teacher’s Day co-starring Nimrat Kaur in the pipeline.

Soorarai Pottru starring Suriya and Aparna Balamuri in the lead roles has won 4 National Awards recently. Sudha Kongara who directed original version is wielding the megaphone for this yet-to-be titled movie.
