Thalapathy Vijay starrer Varisu is a bilingual project which will also release in Telugu with the title Vaarasudu. The first single of the movie, ‘Rajnithame’ for the Tamil version was released a while back and now the makers have released the Telugu version of the song for Vaarasudu as well.
As we all know, Thalapathy Vijay sang the first single for the Tamil version but for the Telugu version Anurag Kulkarni is subbing in for the actor. Nonetheless, Anurag has done justice to the song, and the upbeat number sounds great. Makers are hoping that the Telugu version will be as great of a hit as the Tamil version of the song.
Coming back to the movie, Varisu/ Vaarasudu is directed by Vamshi Paidipally and it featured Rashmika Mannada in the lead role opposite Vijay. The movie also stars Prabhu, Sarath Kumar, Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, Srikanth, Shaam, Yogi Babu, Sangeetha, and Samyuktha in important roles. The movie is set to release worldwide on Pongal 2023.
