Randeep Hooda starrer revenge drama CAT releasing on Netflix on December 9!
Randeep Hooda who is currently working on the biopic Swatantra Veer Savarkar will soon be seen in a Netflix thriller series called CAT. Netflix announced the premiere date of the series today via their official Instagram profile.

“We’ve got some purrrrr-fect news!,” the post read. “Watch Randeep Hooda as Gurnam in CAT – a gripping tale of brotherhood, espionage and more, releasing on 9th Dec only on Netflix,” they posted along with a poster of the series featuring Randeep.

Balwinder Singh Janjua has directed the series and it marks the second collaboration of Randeep with Netflix after Extraction. It has been reported that this series is about an innocent man whose life gets messed up after he is thrown into a drug trafficking conspiracy between gang lords, cops, and political powers. Randeep is playing a Punjabi character in this series named Gurnam.
This series is financed by Movie Tunnel Productions and Jelly Bean Entertainment. Director Balwinder has said that CAT will show the story of drug trafficking that used to happen in Punjab in the early 2000s.
