Red Giant Movies bags the theatrical rights of Vishnu Vishal starrer Gatta Kusthi!

Vishnu Vishal is gearing up for the release of his upcoming sports venture Gatta Kusthi. The movie is releasing in Telugu also with the title Matti Kushthi on December 2.

According to the latest updates, the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of the movie have been bagged by Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies. For those who don’t know, previously the theatrical rights of Vishal Vishnu’s FIR were also obtained by Red Giant Movies. Also, it has been reported that Netflix has acquired the movie’s digital rights.

Gatta Kusthi

Coming back to the movie, Gatta Kusthi, is financed by Ravi Teja and Vishnu Vishal himself under the banners of RT Teamworks and Vishnu Vishal Studioz respectively. The movie is directed by Chella Ayyavu and it features Aishwarya Lekhsmi as the female lead. As for the technical front, Richard Prabhakaran was roped in as cinematographer and Prasanna GK as editor while Justin Prabhakaran is scoring the background music.
