Sam Worthington is pulled back to a criminal world in the new trailer of ‘Transfusion’

Sam Worthington who was last seen in Avatar: The Way of Water is back with another exciting project titled ‘Transfusion’. The film is slated to premiere on March 3 and a new trailer of it has just been released to show more glimpses of what the makers have in store for the audience.

The trailer shows Worthington as a special force operative Ryan Logan who had a happy life with a wife and a son but it all gets destroyed after he lost his wife, Justine( Phoebe Tonkin) in a car accident. Logan in grief distances himself from his son and before he knows it, he is dragged back to the life of crime.

Written and directed by Matt Nable, Transfusion is backed by Michael and John Schwarz from Deeper Water Films. Aside from Worthington and Tonkin, the film also stars Nable and Gilbert Bradman. Transfusion marks the reunion of Nable and Worthington after the Battlefield in Hacksaw Ridge.

Talking about this movie, Nable has said that he connects with the story as he was an army child who moved from barracks to barracks as a young boy until his father went to serve when he was just 15 years old.
