Previously we reported to you that Samantha Ruth Prabhu starrer Yashoda got into legal trouble as EVA IVF Hospital filed a complaint against the movie. The hospital authorities claimed that the movie showed their hospital logo and it portrayed the hospital in a negative light as a result of which the OTT release of the venture was restrained till December 30.
Later the makers promised to blur the logos of EVA in over 80 places and said they had no intention of showing the hospital negatively. Now according to the latest info, the movie has been cleared by the hospital authority and has received a new OTT release date.
The movie will now release on Amazon Prime on December 9 and the OTT platform announced this update via their social media handle with a caption saying, “unravel this oh-so-mysterious trap with yashoda ????”.

Coming back to the movie, Yashoda is directed by the director duo Hari- Harish and it was released on November 11. The movie did well at the box office and Samantha also received a lot of praise for her performance in it.
