Sanjay Chouhan the renowned writer of Paan Singh Tomar passes away at 62
Renowned director Sanjay Chouhan who penned the story of iconic projects like Paan Singh Tomar, Saheb Biwi Gangster, and others passed away at the age of 62 in Mumbai. The writer died yesterday in a hospital in Mumbai.
According to the reports, he was suffering from chronic liver disease for a long time and he was in the H. N Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre for the last ten days. The writer is survived by his wife Sarita and daughter Sara and it has been reported that his last rites will be performed at Mumbai’s Oshiwara crematorium at 12: 30 p.m today.
For those who don’t know, Sanjay has co-written projects like co-written Paan Singh Tomar, Saheb Biwi Gangster, and Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster Returns with Tigmanshu Dhulia. He was also awarded the Filmfare Award for Best Story for his movie I Am Kalam.
