Sara Ali Khan’s next titled ‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’

Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan’s next film has been titled ‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’, and this Kannan Iyer’s directorial is touted to be a Historical fiction tale set against the backdrop of the Quit India Movement. Varun Dhawan made the title announcement, and he says that the Sara will be seen as a “valiant, lion-hearted freedom fighter” in the movie.

Written by Darab Farooqui and Kannan Iyer, who is also the director, ‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’ will be made available to Prime members in over 240 countries and territories on the release. The film’s story seem to be inspired from the real life incidents and it will begin rolling from this month.

‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’ is being produced by Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta, with Somen Mishra co-producing it on Dharmatic Entertainment production.
