Shah Rukh Khan casts Saif Ali Khan in a crime thriller!

Shah Rukh Khan and Saif Ali Khan who collaborated for the first time for Kal Ho Naa Ho are coming back together after 20 years for a crime thriller. However, they won’t be sharing the screen as SRK’s production house Red Chillies Entertainment has signed Saif to star in an upcoming movie.

Kal Ho Na Ho

According to the projects the movie has been tentatively titled Kartavya and Said will be playing the role of a cop in it. The movie will center around a gruesome murder. The report also says Pulkit will be directing this movie. The project is currently in the pre-production stage and the makers are planning to kickstart it in the first week of February.

Saif Ali Khan

Saif was last seen in Vikram Vedha as a cop and previously he played the role of a cop in the Netflix web series Sacred Games. Meanwhile, SRK is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming movie Pathaan. Aside from that, the actor also has projects like Dunki and Jawan under his belt. It has been reported that SRK will resume the shoot of Dunki after the release of Pathaan.
