Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi starrer Farzi get a release date!

Shahid Kapoor is all set to make his OTT debut with Farzi this year. The actor will be seen in the web- series titled Farzi with Vijay Sethupathi and it will stream on Amazon Prime Video. The teaser of the series was released recently and now the makers have also announced the release date of the show.

According to the announcement this dark comedy thriller will release on February 10, this year. Amazon Prime Video officially announced this update yesterday by sharing two new posters of the series. The new posters feature Shahid in one and Vijay in the other. Sharing Shahid’s poster OTT platform captioned the post, “Con hai ye farzi?”

The actor is seen as a rugged youth in the poster with tattoos on his neck. On the other hand, Vijay is seen well dressed with a gun in his hand in the poster. “Here to uncover the asli behind the Farzi ????,” the OTT platform captioned Vijay’s poster.

Talking more about the series, Farzi is created by Raj Nidimoru and DK and it will have 8 episodes. Shahid will play the role of a street artist who dives into the criminal world in the series while Vijay will take on the job to catch him.
