Shahid Kapoor signs a movie with Aman Gill again after Jersey!

Shahid Kapoor was seen playing the lead in the Hindi remake of the movie Jersey last year. The movie was directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri and financed by Aman Gill. Despite the movie not performing well at the box office producer Aman Gill has signed Shahid Kapoor again for another venture.

“Yes, post-Jersey Shahid Kapoor and Aman Gill will be working on a project together. Shahid has already given his nod, and the makers are gearing up to start pre-production work soon,” revealed a source placed in the industry. Further talking about the details of the venture the source said, “The film will be a drama which is based on a real-life story. That is all that has been revealed so far. As for whose life story the film is based on, the makers and Shahid are keeping a tight lid on things.”

Meanwhile, Shahid recently made his OTT web series debut with Farzi. The series featured Vijay Sethupathi, Raashii Khanna, and Kay Kay Menon in key roles and it was released on Amazon Prime Video on February 10.
