Shahid Kapoor signs up Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bloody Daddy

Shahid Kapoor has signed up Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bloody Daddy for the lead role, and the latter says that the film is a commercial potboiler designed for OTT. The makers are targeting for a year end release.

Bloody Daddy is touted to be the official adaptation of the 2011 French film Nuit Blanche(Sleepless Night), and the plot revolves around Shahid’s character throughout one night. The makers are going for OTT release. The director reveals he doesn’t want the movie to get censored as few scenes are packed with action, guns and blood.

For starters, Ali Zafar has earlier directed films such as Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), Sultan (2016), Gunday (2014), Meri Brother Ki Dulhan (2011). Bloody Daddy is produced by Ali and his partner, Himanshu Mehra with Jio Studios. Keep watching this space for more updates.
