Siddharth alleges that CRPF harassed his parents for 20 minutes: ‘They made my senior parents remove coins from their bags!’

Actor Siddhartha who will next be seen in Kamal Haasan starrer Indian 2 recently alleged that security officials harassed his parent at the Madurai airport. The actor claimed that despite being asked to talk in English the officials continued to talk with them in Hindi. The actor shared a picture from this incident on his Instagram handle and wrote, “Harassed for 20 mins @ Madurai airport by CRPF. They made my senior parents remove coins from their bags! And repeatedly talked to us in Hindi after being told to speak in English.”

“Rude AF. When we protested, they said in India this is how it is. Jobless people showing off power,” he further added. However, as the actor accidentally tagged CRPF instead of Central Industrial Security Force( CISF) in his post he later deleted the post.

Meanwhile, on the work front, the actor was seen in a web series Escaype Live on Disney+ Hotstar this year. Next, he will be seen sharing the screen with Kamal Haasan in Indin 2. The movie also stars Nedumudi Venu, Sudeep, Gulshan Grover, Kajal Aggarwal, and Rakul Preet Singh and it is set to release in 2023.
