Soorarai Pottru actor, Suriya to work with director Sudha Kongara again?

Suriya who recently received National Award for Best Actor for his outstanding work in Soorarai Pottru is currently working on multiple projects like Vaadivaasal, Vanangaan, and Suriya 42. It was also reported that one of his upcoming projects will be directed by Sudha Kongara who previously directed the iconic Soorarai Pottru movie.

Now latest reports have said that this collaboration will be a gangster action drama. It has also been reported that the story of this venture will be based on real-life incidents. As Soorarai Pottru was also loosely inspired by the events from the life of Simplifly Deccan founder G. R. Gopinath, many are excited to see what the actor and director will serve this time.

The sources have also revealed that the shoot of this venture is expected to start in the Summer of 2023. The actor will most likely work on Vetrimaaran’s ‘Vaadivasal’ and Sudha Kongara’s projects at the same time in 2023.
