Spider-Man 4 to kickstart at the end of 2023?

Spider-Man: No Way Home starring Tom Holland was released back in 2021 and now it has been reported that the 4th installment of the franchise is set to kickstart this year. According to reports, the shooting of Spider-Man 4 is expected to start by the end of this year. The reports also suggest that the movie will be made with a budget of $200 million.

However, no confirmation regarding the said rumors has been made by Sony Pictures. As the movie rights to Spider-Man belong to Sony Pictures, not even Marvel can comment on this development at the moment.

For those who don’t know, in 2019 after the release of Spider-Man: Far From Home, it was reported that the character would be leaving the MCU. Later, Sony and Marvel agreed on a short-term deal to allow Holland to complete his MCU trilogy. Now unless a new deal is signed by Sony and Marvel, Spider-Man’s future in MCU is uncertain.
