Suriya 42 update: First look poster of Suriya to release on the actor’s birthday!

Suriya is currently working with director Siva on the megaproject which is being tentatively referred to as Suriya 42. The movie went onto floors a while back and according to the latest update the makers are planning to resume its shoot on January 21 in Chennai.

The reports also say that the makers are planning to release the first look of Suriya from the movie on July 23 as a treat on the actor’s birthday. Recently rumors of this movie being titled ‘Veer’ were circulating on the internet but the makers have confirmed that these were just baseless rumors.

Coming back to the movie, Suriya 42 features Suriya and Disha Patani in the lead roles and it is set to hit the theatres in 3D in multiple languages. The movie is touted to be a period-action-adventure drama. The movie will have dual timelines one modern and one dating back 1000 years. According to reports, Suriya is playing multiple roles- namely Arathar, Venkaater, Mandaakar, Mukaatar, and Perumanathar in the movie.
