Thalapathy Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj’s project, ‘Thalapathy 67’ is one of the most-hyped of movies of the actor’s career as the Beast actor and Vikram’s director are reuniting again after their last movie ‘Master’. The movie has created a lot of buzz in the industry and finally today, the venture has kickstarted with a pooja.

Even though the movie started with a pooja today, the actor will be shooting for the venture in January. According to the reports, the pre-production work of this movie has already started and a major chunk of the shooting will be taking place in Kashmir. The recce of the location for the shooting has been done and it has been reported, that the schedule will also start soon.

Meanwhile, a few days ago it was reported that the movie’s satellite rights have been bagged by Sun TV while the Digital rights have been sold to Netflix. If reports are to be believed, the movie has earned around RS 500 crores with the pre-release business alone.
