The Flash’s Ezra Miller pleads guilty and reaches plea agreement in burglary case!
The Flash star Ezra Miller who was accused of stealing several bottles of alcohol from a person’s house in Vermont has pleaded guilty. The actor pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of trespassing to avoid facing burglary and larceny charges.

In August 2022, Vermont State Police provide evidence of the actor breaking and entering into a residence on May 1 while the homeowners were not present. Miller stole multiple bottles of alcohol after the breaking and entering and was later charged with trespassing unlawfully, two counts of breaking into an unoccupied home, and petit larceny. Now to avoid facing burglary and larceny charges, the actor reached an agreement with the said homeowners.

It is expected that the actor will enter their guilty plea at the hearing this Friday in Bennington County Superior Criminal Court. The prosecution is recommending that Miller will receive an 89 to a 90-day suspended sentence, a year of probation, and a $500 fine during the hearing.
