The third season of Ted Lasso is to premiere on this date,

After a long wait, the release date of the third season of Ted Lasso has finally been announced. According to the announcement from Apple TV+, the new season will premiere on March 15 and a new episode will release every Wednesday on a weekly basis which is a slight change from the previous season.

According to Apple, season 3 starts with AFC Richmond soccer club members facing problems like negative team performance predictions from the media and fans. Nate (Nick Mohammed), Ted Lasso’s friend-turned-enemy, is supporting the rival team West Ham United and the former captain Roy Kent (Brett Goldstein) is now Richmond’s assistant coach.

So far it is not clear if this will the last season of the popular show but Goldstein has confirmed that the writing team is treating season 3 as the show’s sendoff. Meanwhile Earner Bros, Television has yet to comment on that statement.

This season of Ted Lasso will star Jason Sudeikis as the main lead and Hannah Waddingham, Brendan Hunt, Jeremy Swift, Juno Temple, Brett Goldstein, Phil Dunster, Nick Mohammed, and Sarah Niles in other key roles.
