Vaani Kapoor to kickstart the shooting of Gopi Puthran’s next in Lucknow soon!

A while was it was reported that talented actress Vaani Kapoor has been roped in to star in Mardaani 2 director Gopi Puthran’s next untitled project. Now the latest reports say that the actress will soon start the shooting of this venture.

A source close to the project revealed that the actress was very excited about the project and she is currently doing prep for her role in it. “Vaanu Kapoor was pretty kicked about Gopi’s venture. She jumped at the project when she heard the story and script. In fact, she has also been undergoing prep work for the untitled venture.”

The source also revealed the details about the movie’s shoot and said, “Vaani will be commencing the shoot for the project this March in Lucknow. As of now, pre-production work is underway. However, an official announcement of the project and cast are yet to be made.”

Meanwhile, Vaani was last seen in the movie Shamshera featuring Ranbir Kapoor. The movie did poorly at the box office and Vaani’s role in it was also criticized by the viewers.
