Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya censor certificate and runtime reports

The censor certificate and run-time details of Varun Dhawan’s upcoming movie Bhediya have been revealed. According to the reports, the movie has been granted a U/A certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). However, it has been reported that the makers had to change a few things as per the CBFC guidelines to attain this certificate. Words like ‘c*****a’, and ‘‘b*******d’ has been edited and replaced with words like ‘gadha’ and a scream ‘aaahh’ respectively.

Furthermore, certain non-abusive dialogues like ‘Ganga Jamuna mix’ has been changed to ‘Ganga Jamuna juice’, ‘sansad’ has been replaced with ‘body’, ‘PMO’ to ‘minister’ and ‘country’ has been replaced with ‘logo’.

Lastly, the runtime of the movie is 156 minutes which translates to 2 hours and 36 minutes. The runtime also included the end credits and scroll which is 16 minutes long.

Coming back to the movie, Bhediya featured Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon in the lead and it is set to release on November 25. Apart from Varun and Kriti, this Amar Kaushik’s directorial also features Abhishek Banerjee and Deepak Dobriyal in important roles.
