Casting Nupur Sanon and Gayathri Bharadwaj as the female leads, Tiger Nageswara Rao is being helmed by Vamsi Kreshna of Kittu Unnadu Jagratha fame and is being produced by Abhishek Agerwal under Abhishek Arts banner. GV.Prakash Kumar is the music composer.
