Kajal Agarwal to be the female lead opposite Ajith in AK62?

Ajith Kumar’s ‘AK62’ has been making a lot of news for a while now. Ever since it was announced that Vignesh Shivan was replaced by Magizh Thirumeni as the director of this movie, fans are giving special attention to this venture.

According to the latest buzz, Kajal Aggarwal has been roped in to play the female lead opposite Ajith in this venture. Previously, it was reported that big actresses like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Nayanthara, and Trisha were in talks to play the female lead in this venture but sources now claim that the makers have signed Kajal for the part in AK62. If the reports are true then this will mark the reunion of Ajith and Kajal after ‘Vivegam’ which was released in 2017. It is expected that Lyca Productions will announce the same along with the movie’s launch in the coming month.

Meanwhile, Kajal recently resumed the shoot of Kamal Haasan starrer ‘Indian 2’. She shared a BTS pic from the Indian 2 set on her Twitter handle to announce the same yesterday. Aside from that she also has another venture titled ‘Karungaapiyam’ under her belt.
