Kay Kay Menon’s character intro video from Farzi released!

After Vijay Sethupathi and Raashii Khanna, Prime Video released the character intro video of Kay Kay Menon from the upcoming Farzi series. The video introduces Kay Kay Menon as Mansoor Dalal, a counterfeiting king that has always managed to evade supercop Michael aka Vijay Sethupathi. In the video also, Kay Kay Menon is shown as this flamboyant counterfeiting king who runs a massive organization of counterfeiters.

Talking about his character from the show, Kay Kay Menon said, “I have been fortunate to get such varied roles to play in the digital space. My character in Farzi is outlandish and has his own swag. Very interesting for an actor to push the act to the edge and yet keep consistency throughout. I thoroughly enjoyed it as it’s something that you, as a performer, are not quite sure of and you look at your directors’ reaction eagerly after every take to see if you have hit the note each time.”

“Farzi is a one-of-a-kind crime thriller created by one of the finest directors Raj & DK. It was amazing to collaborate with them and work with such a talented pool of actors on this project. I can’t wait for the series launch and to see the audience’s response to it,” he further added.

Coming back to the series, Farzi is an eight-episode crime show created by Raj and DK. The movie features Shahid Kapoor as a con artist, Vijay Sethupathi as a cop, and Raashii Khanna as a government official. Farzi marks the OTT series debut of Shahid, Vijay, and Raashii and it is set to premiere on Prime Video on February 10.
