Suriya 42 update; New schedule starts in Chennai!

Suriya who recently won the National Award this year for Soorarai Pottru is currently working with director Siruthai Siva for his next movie. The movie is being referred to as ‘Suriya 42’ at the moment and its shooting is going at a brisk pace.

According to the latest info, the Suriya 42 team recently started the new shooting schedule in Chennai. It has been reported that this new schedule is being shot under the supervision of Stunt director Supreme Sundar. Disha Patani who is playing the female lead in the movie is also shooting some action sequences along with Yogi Babu in this schedule.

Recently Suriya, Disha Patani, and Yogi Babu were spotted shooting the action scenes of the movie with swords. As the movie is said to be a periodic action drama set in the period of the 10^th– 11^th century as well as the modern time, the makers are planning to shoot the movie at different locations to get the essence of both time periods.

Talking more about the movie, Suriya 42 is financed by Studio Green & UV Creations and it has music from Devi Sri Prasad. Aside from Suriya, Disha, and Yogi Babu, this movie features Kovai Sarala, Kingsley, and Anand Raj in important roles and it is set to release in 3D in 10 languages.
