Urvashi Rautela bags a role in Rishab Shetty’s Kantara 2?

A few days ago, Kantara’s director and actor Rishab Shetty confirmed that there will be part 2 of the blockbuster movie. He also revealed that the next part will be a prequel and it will be the backstory of what was shown in the movie released last year.

Following that today, February 11, Urvashi Rautela shared a picture with Rishab Shetty on her Instagram handle to announce that she has bagged a role in Kantara 2. “#KANTARA 2 @rishabshettyofficial @hombalefilms loading ????????????????????????????????,” she posted along with the picture.

People are in disbelief as Urvashi is more known for her dancing skills and controversies than her acting skills. There are speculations that the actress has been roped into the venture for a dancing number but so far no official confirmation regarding the same has been made by the makers.

Meanwhile, Urvashi was last seen in megastar Chiranjeevi starrer Waltair Veerayya. She had a dancing number titled Boss Party with the megastar in the movie. Aside from that, the actress constantly hit the news due to her ongoing controversies with cricketer Rishab Pant.

On the work front, Urvashi has bagged a song in the Ram Pothineni starrer. She will also be seen sharing the screen with Randeep Hooda in ‘Inspector Avinash’ and it has been reported that she will soon feature in a song with Jason Derulo.
