Vikram, Pa Ranjith movie titled Thangalaan

Pa Ranjith and Vikram are teaming up for new film so far referred as Chiyaan 61. The film is now officially titled Thangalaan. Touted to be a period film, Vikram is playing the leader of clan, and his intense look in the teaser released is increasing curiosity.

Thangalaan story is set based on the events in 19th century British era. The movie features Paravathy Thiruvothu, Malavika Mohanan, Pasupathy and Hari Krishna key roles.

Backed by Studio Green and Neelam Productions with K.E. Gnanavelraja as producer, Thangalaan has GV Prakash as the music composer, A Kishor Kumar as director of photography, Selva RK and SS Murthi handling editing and art departments. Thangalaan will be released Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi versions.
